Please join us for the first “Coffee with Case Managers” Senior Partner Only training. What is this all about?

It comes from a desire to customize SPO’s for you and we realize there are many specific questions and concerns that you may want to have addressed. Even if they are small now, they tend to grow–in our experience. So this is an opportunity to check-in with case managers and have dialog around questions and concerns that need to be talked about.

There will be collective learning as many mentors have answers to your questions and we will all encourage the conversation. This event is scheduled to last until 5:30pm and we hope you will attend all or any part of this conversation.

Sunday February 12th 8am–4pm!

A full day of skiing or snowboarding—lessons, rentals, a day ticket and lunch all provided by CBMR! If your Junior Partner needs rentals or lessons be sure to arrive to the bottom floor of the Treasury Center by 8:00am! Lifts start running at 9am. RSVP is essential and waivers MUST be filled out for Junior Partners to participate!

Please Join Us!

January 14th from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Crested Butte Nordic Center. We will ice skate, cross country ski, and bomb the sledding hill!

We will provide some snacks and entertainment–we will also offer a JP Life Skill titled the “Cold Challenge.” Learn about cold injuries and how to prevent them by meeting the Cold Challenge!

Our January Newsletter will be arriving within a couple of weeks! Save the dates for January events.

On January 14th we are hosting a Winter Festival in Crested Butte. We will base out of the CB Nordic Center and enjoy Cross Country Skiing, Sledding, and perhaps Ice Skating.

On the 26th of January we have our first Senior Partner Only Training of the year.  Join us in the evening from 5:30-7:00 and enjoy some refreshments while learning about the Partners new Self Leadership program.  This will positively affect your junior partner and the information will be practical to your life too!  You will not want to miss this.

Movie night is to be determined and you will have more details in the newsletter or you can always call your favorite case manager.

We have set a date for our Halloween themed Volunteer Appreciation Dinner!

Where: Fred Field Western Heritage Center/Rodeo Grounds/Cement Room

When: Sunday October 30th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Who: You! Your Junior Partner! Your loved ones and their loved ones!

Why: Because we want to honor you for your service as a volunteer and we want to celebrate with you!

Details ~

Dress in costume, there will be a prize for the best dressed!

Please bring a dessert or a non-alcoholic beverage to share (We will provide dinner)
