The youth involved in Partners are referred to the program and are volunteers.

Our Referral Process is simple.

Anyone who works with youth can make a referral by submitting a Referral Form to one of our Case Managers.  Download Here.

Our Case Managers then:

Contact the referral source for additional information and ask them to follow up with the family to notify of the referral if they have not done so already.

Contact the family and talk to them about Partners.  If they are interested we move forward to gather paperwork.  Participation is all volunteer based.

Once paperwork is gathered the youth is on our waiting list and gets matched when we get a great Senior Partner volunteer for them!
