The youth involved in Partners are referred to the program and are volunteers.
Our Referral Process is simple.
Anyone who works with youth can make a referral by submitting a Referral Form to one of our Case Managers.

Our Case Managers then:
- Contact the referral source for additional information and ask them to follow up with the family to notify of the referral if they have not done so already.
- Contact the family and talk to them about Partners. If they are interested we move forward to gather paperwork. Participation is all volunteer based.
- Once paperwork is gathered the youth is on our waiting list and gets matched when we get a great Senior Partner volunteer for them!
