Partners Plus+ Mentoring Program
|
Partners Plus+ is a community-based service that matches youth at risk of out-of-home placement with a mentor who focuses on helping the youth identify and build personal strengths and resiliency. A joint collaboration with the Department of Human Services, Plus+ also provides ongoing case management and parenting support to the family in order to assist it in building a strong and healthy environment that allows it to remain intact.
